First-launch warning? That's expected.
We haven't bought a code signing certificate yet during alpha. Your OS will say it can't verify the developer — clear it once with the steps below and you won't be asked again.
macOS (Gatekeeper)

Double-click the .zip to extract, then drag Leadeet into Applications.

On first launch you'll see "Leadeet can't be opened." Click Cancel.

Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and scroll to the bottom.

You'll see "Leadeet was blocked." Click "Open Anyway."

Confirm with your password. Future launches won't ask.

Windows (SmartScreen)

Double-click the downloaded .exe installer.

Windows Defender SmartScreen will show a blue "Unknown publisher" warning on first launch.

Click "More info" to expand the warning.

Click "Run anyway" to continue. After install you'll find a Start menu shortcut, future launches won't be blocked.
